The transit times below begin after your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier. Our items are sent to immediate production once your order is placed. Production can take 1-3 days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item via our Contact Form with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

Once we review your claim, we’ll offer you a full refund or exchange.

Returns & Exchanges

Changed your mind or need a different size? Items must be in original, unused condition (unworn, unwashed, with all original packaging/tags). Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Start a Return

To get started, please reach out through our Contact Form to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

IMPORTANT: Please do not send anything back to the address on your shipping label. We will provide you with the specific return address along with your RMA number. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
